We’re so glad to have Rylie joining us at Driftwood Counselling. She brings a genuine, down to earth approach and focuses on helping clients feel at ease and supported. Rylie works with anxiety and OCD using ACT and ERP, and is currently offering virtual appointments.

If you’re a new client, you’re welcome to reach out by email at hello@driftwoodcounselling.ca. From there, we can connect for a brief intro or free consultation to see if it feels like a good fit and talk through next steps. You can also go ahead and book an initial assessment using the calendar below.

If you’re an existing client hoping for a time that isn’t currently available, feel free to join the waitlist through the Jane booking platform. This helps us try to accommodate requests as openings come up.

We look forward to working with you!

Jaclyn Cronin, MSW, RSW Registered Social Worker (ON, MB, BC)

I take a collaborative and respectful approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your needs. I work with children, teens, and adults through both virtual and in-person sessions. Together, we focus on understanding patterns and building practical skills to help you feel more in control and confident.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Comprehensive Behavioural (ComB) Treatment for BFRBs, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate sand tray therapy, which blends elements of play and art therapy, when it fits your goals.

It can feel exhausting when your mind won’t slow down. When overthinking, self-doubt, or anxiety start to take over, even simple things can feel heavier. Together, we focus on understanding what keeps these patterns going and building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and present. My approach uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, so they have less impact on your day-to-day life. The goal is to build flexibility and trust in yourself over time.
