Jaclyn is a registered social worker who works with children, youth, and adults through virtual and in-person individual sessions. Her practice focuses on supporting individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tourette Syndrome, and related conditions. She uses a collaborative, client-centered, and structured approach rooted in evidence-based therapies.
Jaclyn is certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety and the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). She is also certified in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) through the Tourette Association of America. In addition, she has training in Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and in the treatment of Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs).
Jaclyn is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who values flexibility, respect, and curiosity in the therapeutic process. Her goal is to meet clients where they’re at while helping them navigate uncertainty, reduce distress, and build meaningful change.
In addition to her clinical work, Jaclyn provides consultation to therapists who are newer to treating OCD and using ERP, supporting them in developing their skills and confidence in this specialized area.
She has been providing clinical services for over 10 years and brings warmth, clarity, and strong clinical insight to her work.
